Hjalmar Löfving (1896–1968) was an incredibly creative visual artist. He drew several comics as well as commercial films in the 1930s. He was hoping to have his comic characters brought onto the silver screen but this vivid film A Few Meters Of Wind And Rain remained his only non-commercial film. (Anifilm)
