Flamingos

A nostalgic story about a girl and her difficult relationship with her father. It is not easy to find a way to connect with parents when they themselves do not know how to seek that connection. And maybe they don't even want to. The connection with the fall of the Berlin Wall is symbolically interesting. Freedom filled with a certain form of suffering, a freedom with which we don't really know what we are supposed to do. (28/05/2014)
