Nathan est un adolescent souffrant de troubles autistiques et prodige en mathématiques. Brillant mais asocial, il fuit toute manifestation d'affection, même venant de sa mère. Il tisse pourtant une amitié étonnante avec son professeur anticonformiste Mr. Humphreys, qui le pousse à intégrer l'équipe britannique et participer aux prochaines Olympiades Internationales de Mathématiques. A very good teenage romance. Great choice of actors, even for the adult roles, interesting subject matter, and intriguing characters. Even though towards the end it didn't seem quite revolutionary to me, I enjoyed it up until then. But I didn't feel fulfilled with the last scene. Well, I was more excited about the competition and how it would turn out. That didn't work out so well.
