The Academy Award winner Errol Morris meets the former Minister of Defence of the United States, Donald Rumsfeld. Are we to witness the same as in The Fog of War, where Robert McNamara regrets leading the U.S. to the war in Vietnam? Rumsfeld will admit no regret – the teflon that already Nixon could trust, holds tight. And yet, Errol Morris manages to unravel a small window into the decision making that concerned the whole world, or maybe more into the reasons behind them.
