An innovative adaptation of Ursula K. Le Guin's futuristic science-fiction masterpiece about a man named George Orr (Davison) with the incredible power to literally make his dreams come true. The unpredictability of this "gift" is a serious hindrance on George's life, leading to his grave desire to be rid of it. However, his psychiatrist Dr. Haber (Conway) has different plans for George's powers and hypnotically convinces him to use this gift for the benefit of mankind. Although the doctor may have good intentions, messing with George's mind can lead to horrifying consequences. (texte officiel du distributeur)
