Uno Pihlström's (1903-1965) delightful short film with lively narration by Topo Leistelä (1893-1955) shows Finnish policemen at work in 1937, and was certainly approved by the Ministry of the Interior. During the 30 years of archive screenings at Tampere Film Festival, this is the most hilarious piece yet screened. (Tampere Film Festival)
