Fure fure šódžo

Momoko (Yui Aragaki) is a quiet and lonely high school girl who's only strong desire is to cheer on her idol star baseball player. In order to do so, she tries to revive the school's cheer squad. However, all she could gather were good for nothing guys who could not find their place in school. They five start the cheer squad with a disaster, but when they finally find the true meaning of "cheering" someone on, their passion becomes power which gives strength to those that are cheered. In the year of the Beijing Olympics comes this charming film that shows cheering makes everyone happy. (Shochiku)
