After the euphoria on Tahrir Square, disenchantment becomes increasingly widespread. The military and police still reign arbitrarily; people are still being arrested and tortured. Lom’s observational documentary calmly displays a complex panorama of society, which goes beyond media hysteria and draws a tentative conclusion of the revolution. (DOK.fest München)
