In the end, Deadly Detour is just terrible nonsense, trying to grab attention with various disgusting aspects, most of which are truly first-degree and lack the necessary impact. At least not for someone who watches movies like this. For others, it will probably just be low-quality crap that they will turn off after a while because it's just not for them. I give it a few points at least for the sometimes really nasty gore.
