The star of this film is unequivocally Henry Fonda, who portrays Abraham Lincoln in his younger years when he was still a lawyer. The film is essentially conceived as a classic legal drama, in which we only find out who the murderer is and how everything happened at the end. Fonda's performance is excellent.
