After the previous wild action, I was expecting the plot to calm down, but I was hoping for a new wave of intrigue and cunningness, although it didn't really happen. The episode wasn't bad at all, but I already know that the creators are capable of much better results, so they can blame themselves for the lowered rating. They shouldn't have spoiled me!
