Elixir of Love

Miriam Yeung and Richie Jen star in the costume romantic comedy Elixir Of Love directed by Riley Yip. There was once an emperor with many princes but no princesses. After receiving the happy news that he finally is the father of a princess, he is overjoyed. However, his pleasure does not last long for he discovers that his daughter was born with a strange disease which causes her to have an onerous odor. Full of despair, he orders that the right man has to be found to cure his poor child.
Richie Jen plays a man who believes that he has the right perfume to please the emperor, but first he has to test his fragrant creation. As luck would have it, he stumbles into a fishy-smelling fish-selling maiden (Miriam Yeung), who totally changes all his plans... (texte officiel du distributeur)
