anglais After 25 years of separation, a post-graduation reunion should bring back a lot of beautiful memories of carefree youth, first loves, and friendships for former classmates. However, it should not be about a generation that survived World War II, the building of communism, and the struggle with internal enemies. Soon, unpleasant tones of mutual reproaches, accusations, self-pity, fear, and bitterness will sneak into the casual friendly conversation. The catalyst of the conflict is the relationship with the absent class teacher, who - as it soon turns out - is sitting in jail for attempting to illegally cross the border. Will anyone present stand up for him when each of them has something to lose, and having a backbone at their age and with their life experience is far from guaranteed? The somewhat artificially arranged initial situation, where even the low number of participants at the celebration surprises, is balanced by an exceptionally strong cast of actors. Overall impression: 80%. ()
