I'll admit that the creators put in a lot of effort in the final episode of the fifth season, but, honestly, it didn't quite hit the mark for me. Sure, I stumbled upon a few moments that managed to elicit a chuckle, but the thirteenth episode was mostly filled with peculiar nonsense that failed to capture my interest. Nonetheless, Abed likely expressed the main idea when he confidently declared that everyone would be back in the next season. / Lesson learned: Seek the truth in the basement.
