Sicile, 1943. (Rimini Editions)

anglais The atmosphere of this film reminded me a lot of my favorite book “How I Won the War" (which I'm going to watch on screen soon), and that was one of the main plus points. If it wasn't for the overlong and not entirely funny opening with the taking of the village and the big booze party, I would have given it a fourth star. High praise for James Coburn and Harry Morgan__P.S. Dick Shawn in disguise is definitely one of the ugliest "women" in film history. ()
