Neither film nor theatre. A stiff pseudo-filmic opera that doesn’t give the ears a rest. Nor does it offer the eyes much to look at (with the exception of the ugly digital background). I suffered as much as Mimi. 40% (03/09/2013)

An indulgent opera made into a film. Unfortunately, the topic leaves me completely cold. Well, at least Netrebko is a wonderfully divine gem of a star worthy of multiple film projects. Theater people, don't usurp it just for yourselves! (30/08/2010)
