1995. From an artistic standpoint, it's just an average affair, a typical TV movie of which there are many, and there's no point in going into detail about the acting or directing. But as a fictionalized documentary of the painful history of the Balkan wars and a reminder of the largest war crime since the end of World War II, it works like a charm. Overall impression: 60%.
