There's a bit of fear of communism in it, there's romance, and there's Clark Gable with a beautiful woman, this time Hedy Lamarr with a terrible accent. But still, these two are a good match. The story is somewhat naive at times, but towards the end, it almost reaches Bond-like speed. But it does not have such ambitions.
