The amazing Petr Nárožný plays at first his typical acute little man with a sense of discipline for everyone and everything, but due to the sudden favor of his young sister-in-law, he gradually melts away, softens... In short, in less than twenty minutes, he performs something that other actors may try to do for an hour and a half, and in vain. It was his endearing performance that made the bachelor's tale, which would otherwise have been mediocre at best (and only marginally interesting once you see the point), a much better spectacle. This is boring as hell, and it is not saved even by the sometimes sympathetically clueless Veronika Žilková. Moreover, a very similar film was made seven years ago - it was called A máte nás, holky, v hrsti and Jiří Hrzán played the multifunctional husband who won't let his wife near the stove.
