I can't help comparing this to the Japanese film Heavenly Forest. Both heroines are in the same boat, but the hero isn't – because here he knows that his beloved is suffering from a disease that will soon take her life. For me, Tada... definitely leads in both the romance and the "moving" parts. Somehow the transformation from spoiled brat to lovestruck "fawn" doesn't seem right here, but so be it. What I have to praise is the music, some sequences were really very good; still, it seemed to me that there wasn't much spark between our couple, only from the tears streaming down their faces. And the ending, after the snow, after the graduation, with the lawyer... the authors could have skipped all that. And the unnecessarily long running time. And the shared past, although without it, they probably wouldn't have found each other... ()
