The hero of the film, in his twenties, is always running after girls. He gets acquainted with girls on the internet, in the gallery, in the library, at the Island Festival, on Margaret Island, in the pub called Green Pardon. His boss fires him, his friends give him contrary pieces of advice. The usual place where he goes home is at the Dam of Kopaszi in South Buda, at his grandfather’s floating house, where he keeps staring at the Danube in the morning mist. He gets acquainted with a girl. She is the only person he gets really close to, who talks sincerely about her life, who feels attached to him, who takes him to her family. She is the one he torments, he hits, he hurts. The one who is just like him, but still entirely different. Who is removed from him by her family to the countryside. Phone calls come at irregular intervals, once about her being pregnant. He rushes alone through the starry night. (Budapest Film)
