The wife of the unemployed actor, Piri sets off to ask for getting respite from the landlord Fodor L. Árpád by deploying her female attractive force. The mother-in-law of Árpád takes Piri for the detective woman charged with the observation of the husband. Piri wants to deserve the advance payment received from the mother-in-law and starts off in the wake of the husband considered to be unfaithful. The husband, however, is innocent. Piri is not willing to accept the fact that no evidence exists, therefore she herself produces the sin, which she is supposed to detect and tries to lure the husband. She cannot go too far, however, because soon her jealous husband and the wife of Árpád also appear. (texte officiel du distributeur)
