This documentary compilation of archival material – which offers an at times nearly poetic portrait of inconsistency and the act of coming to terms with it – returns to one of the most controversial goals in football history, known as ther "hand of God". With the benefit of hindsight, the film tries to decipher the man behind this goal, a praised and condemned idol briefly worshipped by the entire world.
