Mon oncle Charlie (2003)
Once upon a time, Season 1 was still remotely reminiscent of classic boring American sitcoms, but every now and then something suggested that if the basic family plot could be absorbed, it could actually start to be very funny. So for the time being it was possible to get used to Rose and Berta and enjoy the guest beauties Kristin Bauer van Straten, Denise Richards, Megan Fox, Jenna Elfman, Teri Hatcher, and Heather Locklear. Season 2 escalated into absolutely crazy humor mostly thanks to Charlie and Alan's mother. Jake became the craziest kid in TV history, and the female stars to watch were Camryn Manheim, Lucy Lawless, and Jeri Ryan. Season 3, for a change, is an increasingly wacky probe into the Oedipus complex. I find myself enjoying it more and more. With the guest appearance by Kevin Sorbo, the most perfect episode ever, or Kandi, Mandi, and Andy. Everyone's having sex with everyone. Don't talk to me about marrying Mia. That was disgusting.

Season 7 (2009) (S07)
In Season 7, I fell in love with Courtney Thorne-Smith and her Cinnamon Buns. There was also a great episode in the seventh season about how Chelsea put her college friend up in the beach house, and together she and Charlie comforted her while both Chelsea and her friend wore matching nightgowns...

Season 8 (2010) (S08)
In Season 8, Charlie procrastinated until his departure from the show, and it became clear that Alan's Lyndsey had the chops to be a regular character. Because she's just a little piggy like everyone else, and she's got nice breasts.

Season 9 (2011) (S09)
Season 9 did a great job of tackling the emergence of Walden in the lead role, the show became bolder, more incorrect (although that was hard to imagine) and the lesbian subplot between Alan's mother and Lyndsey's mother was the craziest of all. That's a fact.

Season 12 (2014) (S12)
I'm sad to see the Season 12 is the last... Although I won't miss the return to the original premise. Bad kid. However, on the other hand, no one has ruined the excellence of Lyndsey and Herbal essence. All's well. Goodbye, Charlie!
