India is the setting for this jungle adventure featuring Sabu. Bey, an Indian prince who captures big-game animals for zoos, heads into a sacred jungle where hunting is forbidden. Animals and humans have lived there peacefully, and legend has it that if an animal is killed, a villager must die also. Bey and his love, Russell, chuckle at the natives ignorance and continue with the hunt. Sabu, prince of the jungle, frees the animals from their cages and holds Russell captive. Sabu and Bey fight it out with knives, and a wounded tiger rescues Sabu by forcing Bey down a mountainside. Alexander Lazlos score is based on Nicolai Rimsky-Korsakovs "Song of India."
