Paty’s Journey

Paty, an indigenous woman from the Wixarika people, begins a trip that keeps her absent for long periods, by representing her community in the Indigenous Government Council (cig in spanish); meanwhile her husband, Rubén, takes care of their daughters at home. During the trip, Paty disputes herself about her journey and, through confronting her past, finds a reason to transform her pain into a new and better way of life for the women of her community.
