Ils installent des pièges mais un allemand se prend dans l'un d'eux mais les trois hommes décident de l' épargner. Tous quatre reprennent alors leur chemin pour retrouver leur unité. Very brief and low-key, but still one of the best war films I've had the pleasure of seeing. A slow and detailed narrative, with a precise internal depiction of each character, excellent authentic production design and above all a strong and appealing message that just knocks on the door for a long time until it literally blows it to pieces in the last minutes. Definitely the pinnacle of the genre – if nothing else, this should be mandatory in schools. 95%
