Well, this is definitely better than the first movie. Here we have a slightly better story, there is more involvement of human characters in the plot, it's slightly crazy as it is actually a spy movie for the whole family, and somehow it all fits together more. It's not just about cute shots of the dog anymore, it now works as entertainment for the whole family.
