I managed to see about 0.005% of this movie when I was rewinding the cassette to watch Face/Off. I saw a bit of one scene (an operation?). Since then I have been scared to death of going to the dentist and I don’t want to see this movie ever!

The Dentist II seems like a weaker sequel to me, lacking any proper culmination, even though the last scene is at least somewhat entertaining. The setting is good, but the whole thing is too repetitive to really entertain me. It's quite a shame because there was potential for the character here, but when it just treads water, it becomes somewhat pointless and you end up getting bored.
