Biographie
Kevin Allen, born in 1959 in Swansea, UK, released his BAFTA-nominated feature film Twin Town in 1997. Allen followed up with satirical hairdressing gem The Big Tease before helming MGM's big budget kids action adventure flick, Agent Cody Banks. Moving to Spain, he set up the ITV series Benidorm.
