Felix Fuchssteiner (1975) is a German writer, director and producer. He started out as a reporter. He graduated from a film and television university in Munich with the short detective comedy The Curve (Die Kurve, 2003), then added his name to the TV series Forbidden Love (Verbotene Liebe, 2004). He established himself with his feature-length debut drama Losing Balance (Darussen am see, 2009), which was part of the program of a number of world festivals. The fantasy Ruby Red (Rubinrot, 2013) is his latest work.
