Janet Tobias is an American filmmaker who has won an Emmy Award for her work. She began her career on the CBS news program 60 Minutes. She was then transferred to PBS. There, she worked as the creator and executive producer of the Emmy Award-winning program Life 360. In 2012, she made her film debut with No Place on Earth, which premiered at TIFF.
