Biographie

Courtney Jines is a filmmaker based in D.C. and Los Angeles. In 2016 she was selected as a winner of the Sundance Film Festival’s Ignite Fellowship for emerging filmmakers, after submitting her directorial debut short film In The Future. She was subsequently hired to direct the trailer for Sundance NextFest 2016, which was received by a standing ovation at the festival. She has directed videos and crafted social media campaigns for Sundance Film Festival, People’s Climate March, and the National Museum of Women in The Arts. Her film and photography work has been featured by Girlgaze, Coolhunting, SundanceTV, and Adobe Project1324.
