Alison Kuhn is a German-Vietnamese filmmaker, actress and writer. She studied directing at the Babelsberg Konrad Wolf Film University in Potsdam. Her film The Case You was awarded, among others, the German Documentary Film Prize for Art and Culture. She directed and wrote Fluffy Tales, nominated for the Golden Lola of the German Short Film Award. Her medium-length film Swarmers was nominated for the First Steps Award and received a Special Mention at the Krakowski Festiwal Filmowy. She also directed the 8th season of the series Druck as well as the miniseries Watch Me.
