Biographie

Olmo Figueredo is a founding partner of the production company from Seville, La Claqueta, which in 2019 premiered Adiós, by Paco Cabezas, La trinchera infinita, by the directing trio Arregi, Garaño and Goenaga, which carried off two Goya awards as well as the Best Directing Silver Shell, the Jury Prize for Best Screenplay and the Irizar Award at San Sebastian Festival. In 2020 he released, as well as the comedy El inconveniente, by Bernabé Rico, the romantic comedy El verano que vivimos, by Carlos Sedes, and the documentary El viaje más largo, by Manuel H. Martín. He has directed the fictional short film El árbol seco (2010) and the documentary short film Me llamo Olmo (2012).
