With an MBA in Strategic Media Planning, granted by the Anahuac University in Mexico City, he has been in the film production field since 1997. He holds a specialization degree in Film and tv Production, and in Media Global Marketing. During his stage as independent producer, he worked for several tv and feature film projects. Later, he created and developed the local production division for Warner Bros. Pictures based in Mexico, an area he directed since its creation in 2005. Under his management, Warner Bros. produced 7 Spanish language local feature films: Efectos Secundarios, Bajo la Sal, No Eres Tú, Soy Yo, Viento en Contra, among others. In 2013, he released Nosotros los Nobles, breaking the Mexican box-office record becoming one of the all-time favorite comedies in Mexico. In 2018, he produced the first Mexican Netflix Original Series, Club de Cuervos throughout four seasons. He launched several box-office hits such as Cómo Cortar a tu Patán, Como Novio de Pueblo, Cómplices, Todo Mal, Mentada de Padre and Ahí te Encargo.
