Kathleen Wilhoite has appeared in one hundred and seventy-three film and television projects. She won an award for her role as Chloe in ER, and has spent countless hours on the witness stand playing abuse victims, drug addicts and people suffering from mental illness. She was the girl who sang the Randy Newman song seconds after selling her baby for crack at a bus stop in Cop/Rock.
