Biographie
Her filmography began with the short Cruz (1997), which won the award for Best First Film at the First International Short Film Festival, Mexico City (1998). Señas particulares (2006) won the award from the Jalisco Academy of Film at the 22nd FICG. Fecha de caducidad (2011), her debut feature film, became the Mexican film with the most international awards in 2012. Director of the FICG from 2002 to 2005.
