Biographie
Luis De Filippis is a Canadian-Italian director whose works celebrate otherness and deals with the reality of life as a trans woman. Her films have screened at international festivals, including TIFF, IFFR and Sundance. Her short film For Nanna Anna (2017) received the Special Jury Award at Sundance Film Festival. Her debut feature-length fiction film Something You Said Last Night had its world premiere at Toronto International Film Festival.
