Biographie
Stephan Burchardt was born in Görlitz in 11983. After finishing school, he went to become an audio-visual media designer while at the same time attending the Film and Television Academy Mitteldeutschland. After a long string of internships (ARRI, Kopierwerk Switzerland, Panasonic HD Service...) he worked as a freelance camera assistant and Digital Imagine Supervisor for commercials and feature films. Since 2006 he works as DoP for a variety of series and film productions and his extraordinary work and skill hasn't gone unnoticed. In 2011 he won the German Camera Award for the film Conrad and in 2012 he won the Kodak Camera Award for his achievements as a DoP.
