Deadly Betrayal (2002) (téléfilm)
A solid little film, just right for midnight TV. And it actually stars Nicolette Sheridan. Not coincidentally, it’s very similar to the trio of Lifetime films with Victoria Pratt. Well, the Canadian television aspect is undeniable. ;)
Wildflower (1999)
Asia Carrera is not my chosen one, and if she outshines guest Stacy, then so much worse for her. ;) Even so, I can recommend Wildflower to all fans of Asia, one of the elite XXX actresses who, even dressed, perform very well and playfully prove that if they switched to TV movies before 10 pm, they have better acting skills than many of the favorites of the Harlequin and Danielle Steel adaptations and still have something left in the tank. Overall, Wildflower is conceived as one big romance, and cutting out the hardcore scenes would have achieved a solid title for a completely different spectrum of viewers even without any other modifications.
Sex Commandos (1999)
Stacy, take off the beret and I’ll give you five stars. I’m giving you this particular review because the filming was documented in The Girl Next Door and even though you were going through a breakup, it didn't affect the film at all... ;)
Amazing Sex Talk 3 (1999)
Nikki Tyler is definitely more entertaining as a host than the whole Oprah thing. Otherwise, this is all recycled from Stacy’s Red Vibe Diaries: Object of Desire. In addition, Julien, Stacy's ex, appears as a guest on the talk show, but unfortunately, he's not as imminent as Misty Rain in the first one.
Sexy Nurses 3 (1998)
After the dull second film, James Avalon comes up with an idea that you don't see all that often: The subconscious, the inconsistent perception of reality, Michael Toland's hallucinogenic music, bizarre shots of an IV with a hanging rubber band, and artificial human eyeballs. It stars the incomparable Stacy Valentine as Nurse J and Mark Davis as a disoriented patient.
L. A. Fashion Girls (1998)
This is an all-star film that was later remade as part of Deep Inside Stacy Valentine. Stacy and Mark Davis are getting the best out of themselves in this one, and Jill Kelly and Shayla LaVeaux don't disappoint either.
Forever Night (1998)
The fairy tale scenes from the filming in The Girl Next Door were amazing. Forever Night is a wonderful fantasy from the Satyr and Dream Quest family.
My Horny Valentine (1997)
Stacy plays a stripper who moves into a new apartment. The end. The script must have been finished in less than a minute and the dubbing in even less time. This isn't James Avalon, although the cast is still the same and it takes place in the same interiors. However, the film's representative status later helped it into the Stacy Valentine 4 on 1 commemorative box set along with Femme Covert (1998), Victoria Falls (1999), and Stupid Cupid (2000).
New Wave Hookers 5: The Next Generation (1997)
A sci-fi porn inspired by the chatty Mask (Ron Jeremy), using Fleischer brothers crowd scenes and Looney Toons-style horny coyote effects? That's too much even for me. And Stacy's only got one scene in this. Her polka-dot boots may look good and she has a classically excellent threesome with Mr. Long-hair and Mark Davis, but the whole thing is stranger than Café Flesh 2.
L.A. Lust (1997)
This film was later remade as part of Deep Inside Stacy Valentine. I'm not too familiar with Helen Duval yet, but she was also a star in the Stacy era. Stacy herself is pretty frolicsome and looks like Malibu Barbie in her neon bikini. We also get regular collaborator Harry S. Morgan, romance, a trip around LA, and Mark Davis, who really knows his way around a go-go dancer, so it's actually pretty good.
