Rodrigo, adolescent solitaire, a une relation forte avec sa mère. Les choses changent quand elle invite son nouveau petit ami à venir vivre dans leur maison, à la périphérie de Mexico. This is definitely the film that has left me with the most feelings in a long time. An hour and a half of energy, tension and uncertainty. The film is very much a reflection of today's young society and that is one of the reasons why teenagers in particular will love it. I appreciate the elaborate screenplay, even though not much happens in the film (note: the entire film takes place in 4-5 locations). The camera work is breathtaking and the variety of shots knows no bounds. I wouldn't mind seeing the film on a screen again.
