Maria is a strong, fighter and community woman and above all, mother. María lives only for her son Bruno, who is sick with schizophrenia and lives interned in a public health center. However, the day that her son is discharged and ready to return home, Maria’s stability falters, bringing out in her an amalgam of feelings that she thought she had already buried.
