Welcome to the visually stunning universe of competitive kitesurfing. Somalia, an unassuming and gifted teen, spends his days on the beaches of the Dominican Republic honing his kite-surfing talents. When the promising young athlete enters a competition with the potential to lift him out of the poverty in which he grew up, he attracts the attention of an ostensibly benevolent European sponsor with questionable intentions.
