Henry Turner est un avocat brillant. Sa carrière et sa réussite sociale sont essentielles même si il doit au passage, écraser des gens. Il a une épouse, Sarah et une fille de 12 ans, Rachel dont il s'occupe peu et mal. Un soir, en achetant des cigarettes, il est blessé par les balles d'un petit malfrat. Paralysé, muet, amnésique, une nouvelle vie commence. Il réapprend à marcher, à parler avec l'aide d'un infirmier au grand coeur. En famille, il devient peu à peu un homme tendre, aimant, à cent lieues de l'homme qu'il était. Il renonce à être avocat quand il comprend la dureté avec laquelle il menait ses affaires et se résoud à s'inventer un nouvel avenir avec sa famille... (AB International Distribution)

An unexpectedly evolving but unexpectedly heartwarming, enjoyable and now and then funny film with a perfect Harrison Ford, and you tend to believe in his original Henry and the one who came "after". Admittedly, Regarding Henry doesn't particularly stand out from Mike Nichols' filmography, but it is at the very least an interesting film that I had a nice time with thanks to how uncomplicated it was. "I'm Rudy. Rooooo-deeee."-"What's wrong with him?"-"He's an asshole."
