Substitute

Alice works as preschool temp staff and one morning she gets called in to a school she has never been to before. There she encounters stressed-out employees and there’s no time for any introductions – because she’s worked with kids before, right? An unexpected situation soon arises, hurling Alice into an impossible plight that leads to scrutiny of an unsustainable job market. (Göteborg Film Festival)
