Sojourn

Sojourn is an experimental film that follows a young black man on an introspective journey. Told through poetic voiceover and vivid visuals, Sojourn is firmly set in two worlds: A hypnotic magical realism world, and a prismatic, pastel interior world. It’s in these worlds -displayed in lush portrait vignettes – where we see a deeper fragility and more complex Sojourn. Both worlds effortlessly collide to create a beautiful and at times haunting film. (UrbanWorld Film Festival)
