Soul on a String

In the Tibetan jungle, Tabei, a cruel local hunter who has taken countless lives, kills a deer and finds a sacred dzi bead in the deer’s body. All of a sudden, Tabei is hit by lightning and dies. The living buddha Zhatuo brings Tabei back to life and tells him that the bead is considered the most holy thing in Tibet. The man who finds the sacred bead should escort it to the land of Padmasambhava and seek forgiveness for his sins. (Camerimage)
