The Maharaja's Favourite Wife I

The Maharaja's Favourite Wife I is one of the best films that I waited for for a very long time. Years ago, I devoured the literary version accompanied by film photographs. After that, I became familiar with the Danish miracle of the 1910s, at least in basic terms, and indeed, my patience paid off. It is great beyond expectations, modern, and perfect. I would like to enjoy it repeatedly, and the successor of the famous Psilander, Gunnar Tolnæs, was a true king of the silver screen. (25/04/2016)
