A noted philanthropist is accused of murder. A janitor identifies him at being at the scene of the crime, claiming the man spoke to him. But the man is known to be a deaf-mute. And at the time of the murder, he was appearing at a society charity function! A remake by Monogram Pictures of their 1933 mystery THE SPHINX. (texte officiel du distributeur)
